CDWCollision Damage Waiver (CDW) is the basic insurance. Choosing this option will provide each of AVIS car with third party motor insurance and limits the renter’s responsibility for the AVIS car to a maximum value per occurrence of damage or accident.  It reduces the renter’s financial responsibility from full replacement value of the vehicle and loss of use, to the non waivable excess. Such as when the renter rents a car in group B and the damage cost is Baht 10,000, therefore, the renter will responsible for only Baht 8,000 while another Baht 2,000 is in Avis responsible.
Liability to the damage is varied by group car and the maximum responsibility:
Group A, B, C, I, K, N is THB 8,000 per accident. Group E, F, M, P, L is THB 15,000 per accident.

SCDWSuper Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) is an optional insurance and may be chosen in addition to Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). This is an enhanced motor insurance policy providing full comprehensive insurance that reduces the renter’s responsibility in the event of an accident to zero.
SCDW is available for sales at all AVIS rental counter and rate is varied by group car:
Baht. 214.00 for vehicle group A, B, KBaht. 321.00 for vehicle group C, I, L,NBaht. 535.00 for vehicle group  F,M, P

TP is available to purchase at Avis counter and is varied by group car.Group A, B, K     = THB 214 / day (+V.A.T.7%)Group C, I, L, N  = THB 321 / day (+V.A.T.7%)Group F, M, P     = THB 535 / day (+V.A.T.7%)
